Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 09/17/13 -- Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: CWCO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share.
The dividend is payable October 31, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business October 1, 2013.
