(OTCBB: SITO), a technology based mobile media solutions provider, today announced that on August 26, 2013, the United States District Court, Northern District of California held a hearing to determine a schedule to govern proceedings for Single Touch Interactive, Inc.'s patent infringement case against . This schedule follows the court's July 17th issue of a patent claim construction ruling, or "Markman Order," which was generally favorable to Single Touch's claims.
On August 26th the court adopted the following schedule:
September 23, 2013: Single Touch's amended infringement contentions are due.
October 8, 2013: Zoove's motion for summary judgment is due.
December 9, 2013: Single Touch's opposition is due.
January 14, 2014: Zoove's reply is due.
February 4, 2014: Single Touch's 'sur-reply' is due.
February 25, 2014: Hearing on motion for summary judgment.
