Kazax Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/18/13 -- Further to its news release dated August 12, 2013, Kazax Minerals Inc. ("Kazax" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Samaha as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Samaha is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' of experience in accounting and corporate finance, including resources development. Mr Samaha worked for over 10 years with international accounting firms, including Ernst & Young, principally in corporate finance, gaining significant experience in valuations, IPOs, independent expert reports, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the management of listed resources companies, including accounting and finance, fund raisings, project development and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Samaha has been involved in acquisitions and resource projects in various regions of the world, including Australia, South Africa, West Africa, North America, India and People's Republic of China. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degrees from the University of Western Australia, and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr Samaha is a Director of AIM quoted Reabold Resources Plc and Equatorial Palm Oil Plc.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the Company's Chief Accountant, Nuriya Kamaledinova, for her assistance in acting as the Company's temporary Chief Financial Officer during this transition period.
