Jasvir (Bill) Athwal Acquires Additional Position in eMedia Networks International Corp.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/20/13 -- Bill Athwal ("Athwal") issues this press release pursuant to Part 3 - Early Warning Requirements of National Instrument 62-103 with respect to eMedia Networks International Corp. ("eMedia").
Athwal acquired an aggregate of 1,080,000 common shares of eMedia on September 18, 2013 on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a result of these transactions and previous holdings, Athwal owns directly and indirectly 4,075,439 common shares of the Issuer representing 18.86% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
Prior to these transactions, Athwal held an aggregate of 2,995,439 common shares representing 13.86% of the outstanding common shares of eMedia.
These securities were acquired for investment purposes only. Depending on economic or market conditions or matters relating to eMedia, Athwal may choose to either acquire additional securities or dispose of securities of eMedia.
Bill Athwal is CFO and director of eMedia.
