The BBB application library provides an index of named exercises, defines the basic types of workouts, covers the goals and objectives of functional strength training and breaks up exercises into categories such as warm-up, upper body, lower body and cardio categories.
Users can then use the program to organize workouts into 15-minute warm-up, strength/ conditioning, speed and agility intervals. Starting with the basic fundamentals in each section, users can move at their own pace and evolve into learning different combinations for each program depending on their own personal workout goals. All workouts can be set at different intensity levels complete with a music beats-per-second tempo adjuster setting and an exercise timer.
When managed correctly, customers can quickly work their way into a full Body Boxing Bootcamp experience that will burn up to 1,000 cal or more per hour workout session. As users progress and desire more advanced workout sections, they can be unlocked through future app download purchases.
