Appoints MacReport Media for Press Release Distribution
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/24/13 -- Worldwide Internet, Inc. (OTC Pink: WNTR) provided an update for shareholders as it changes its profile to a diversified holding company.
The company has appointed MacReport Media Publishing, Inc., an industry leading investor and public relations network, specializing in services for small and micro-cap public companies to increase its press release distribution.
The transaction to acquire the assets of Ludvik Holdings, Inc. is scheduled to be completed on or before October 31, 2013. This will provide more than $20 million in assets to company.
The World Capital Leasing portfolio acquisition of $3 million dollars in potential leases is currently originating financing for its customers and increasing the size of the portfolio.
The Honeywell Estates transaction is currently being finalized as to the terms of the financing to acquire the property. This will provide $26m in assets to the company.
The company is currently completing the financing of a $100m oil and gas transaction based in the Gulf of Mexico. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
