Brionor Extends Deadline to Close the Atala Acquisition
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/24/13 -- Brionor Resources Inc. ("Brionor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTUIRE: BNR) announces that it has agreed with Atala Resources Corp. ("Atala") to extend the deadline to complete the previously announced acquisition of Atala (the "Acquisition") to December 31, 2013. The agreement between the parties originally contemplated a closing of the Acquisition on April 30, 2013, that was subsequently extended to July 31, 2013 (see press release dated April 30, 2013). As previously disclosed, the completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including but not limited to, both parties obtaining all necessary approvals, including the required regulatory approvals (see press release dated February 20, 2013 for more details on the Acquisition).
Brionor is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of exploration projects in Quebec.
