(TSX VENTURE: KEC) ("Kallisto" or the "Company") announces that Sandford Gauchier has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue other interests. The Company expresses appreciation to Mr. Gauchier for his years of service.

Kallisto is a Calgary-based junior resource company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas, primarily in Alberta.
