Haldane McCall PLC plans reorganization into German AG
Douglas, Isle of Man, 26 September 2013: Haldane McCall PLC (Vienna: ISIN
IM00B7XZYZ39, HMK1), a European company investing in emerging markets in
Africa, is pleased to announce that it retained the capital market law team
led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe and Madeleine Zipperle of law firm Heuking Kühn
Lüer Wojtek to assist the company with its reorganization into a German AG.
Following the reorganization, the company intends to be admitted to trading
on the regulated market.
For this reason, all shareholders are to be offered to exchange their PLC
shares into shares of a new German holding company, subject to the required
approvals by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in
particular.
