Hansa.net Announces Name and Trading Symbol Change

(firmenpresse) - ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES -- (Marketwired) -- 09/26/13 -- Hansa.net Global Commerce, Inc. (NEX: HAN.H) (the "Company") announces that effective at the market open on Friday September 27, 2013, the Company's name will change to "KMT-Hansa Corp." and the Company's common shares will trade on the NEX under the new symbol "KMC.H".
