Arrowhead Amends Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/26/13 -- Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. - ("Arrowhead" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AWA) announces that it has increased the price of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 5 million common shares. The price for the common shares (the "Shares") has been increased from $0.27 per Share as previously announced to $0.30 per Share. The above Private Placement is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval. Closing of the Private Placement is anticipated to be on or before October 7, 2013.
