(PresseBox) - Virtual Forge announced today that CodeProfiler, the leading solution for static ABAP code analysis using the patented Data and Control Flow method is now ready for use with SAP's HANA.
CodeProfiler for HANA is now integrated with SAP's newly announced ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and includes on-line static code analysis capabilities making results available directly from with the Eclipse development environment used for HANA. This integration enables developers to perform static code analysis on ABAP programs during development while providing automatic correction and mediation documentation that dramatically reducing the time and effort spent ensuring that applications are safe and will perform optimally within the HANA environment.
Developing applications and queries that are safe and high quality further enhances SAP's promise to provide speed to its customers with their In-Memory database appliance. A performance analysis conducted by Virtual Forge confirmed that after code performance optimization using CodeProfiler, the application response time was reduced by an average of 84% from better ABAP coding alone.
