Unigold Inc. Announces Extension of Expiry Date for 10,425,000 Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/13 -- Unigold Inc. ("Unigold") (TSX VENTURE: UGD) reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"):
The Warrants were issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement of units ("Units") which closed on December 21, 2011. Each Unit consisted of one common share of Unigold and one-half of one Warrant.
