Pacific Safety Products Inc. Announces Re-Pricing of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - ARNPRIOR, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/13 -- Pacific Safety Products Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PSP) (the "Company") announced today that it re-priced 1,250,000 previously granted stock options from $0.10 to $0.05. None of the optionholders who are subject to the re-pricing are insiders of the Company. The re-pricing has been approved by the board of directors of the Company and the TSX Venture Exchange.
