Horgen, October 1, 2013 - 3A Composites, a division of Schweiter Technologies
has signed and closed the divestment of its non-strategic 100% membership
interest in Windkits LLC to JSB Group A/S, Denmark. The sales price is in the
low single-digit million range.
Windkits LLC, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA., is in the business of
manufacturing core material kits for wind turbine blades in North America.
