China BPIC Surveying Instruments AG: Our Chairman Invited by Zhongguancun Science Park to Witness the Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Deutsche Borse Group

Frankfurt a. Main, 1 October 2013 - Beijing's Zhongguancun Science Park,
so-called 'China's Silicon Valley', signed a strategic cooperation
agreement on 12 September 2013 with Deutsche Borse Group with the aim to
promote more Chinese companies going public on the German stock market.
According to the agreement between the administrative committee of the
Zhongguancun Science Park and Deutsche Borse Group, the two sides will
establish a joint work team to provide training for Chinese companies
targeting to list in Germany. They will also work on enterprise
information, policy moves and capital market information and hold various
seminars and personal visits, according to the agreement.
China BPIC Surveying Instruments AG, with its China headquarter located at
the Zhongguancun Science Park, is currently the first and the only member
of Zhongguancun Science Park listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Mr.
Wei XIE, the founder, Chairman and General Manager of BPIC AG, who was
invited to attend the agreement signing ceremony, comments: 'We are very
