Evolving Systems Announces Global DSA Licensing Agreement for Leading Multi-National Carrier

(NASDAQ: EVOL), a leading provider of strategic solutions to telecom operators worldwide, today announced that one of the largest mobile operator groups in the world, with operations in 20 countries, has negotiated an enterprise pricing structure for the Company's (DSA) solution that will allow operating companies within the group to license DSA at pre-negotiated rates.
This premier group, a top 5 operator in the world, has a combined subscriber base in excess of 250 million. In addition, the group maintains a leading carrier position in the India market and a significant presence in the fast growing African markets.
DSA will provide a number of compelling benefits to the group by offering a more tailored customer experience at the point of activation, including dynamic number selection, as well as more efficiency and greater flexibility in SIM card distribution and logistics.
This agreement sets the terms that will enable individual operating companies to order DSA at prices that leverage the group's overall size and worldwide subscriber base. Evolving Systems will announce individual orders as received from each operating company in future press releases.
