Kemira Oyj has on October 1, 2013, closed the acquisition of 3F Chimica S.p.A
("3F") announced on July 1, 2013.
The transaction price of the deal is EUR 85 million and will impact be cash-
effective in the fourth quarter of 2013. For the full year 2013, revenues of 3F
are expected to be EUR 70-75 million, starting to impact Kemira's revenue
positively as of the fourth quarter of 2013.
