Consolidated Credit's Frightfully Frugal Halloween Contest

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/13 -- Do you have a creative Halloween costume that frights or delights? If so, Consolidated Credit Counseling Services wants you to enter the "Frightfully Frugal" Halloween photo contest for a chance to win one of three great prizes.

Starting Tuesday, October 1st, upload a photo of your most amazing or terrifying DIY Halloween costume to the Consolidated Credit for your chance to win one of three Visa gift cards.

"Halloween has quickly become one of the largest shopping seasons of the year, with individuals spending upwards of $60 just on their costumes," says Jeffrey Schwartz, executive director of Consolidated Credit. "This year, we want to show Canadian consumers how easy it is to create a spooktacular costume on a budget."

The contest, which will run for the month of October, requires entrants to share a photo of any homemade Halloween costume that was put together for $25 or less.

"We're hopping Canadians really send a shiver down our spines with their frugal creativity and resourcefulness," adds Schwartz.

To enter Consolidated Credit's "Frightfully Frugal" Halloween costume contest:

If you reuse, recycle or even up-cycle your costume in an effort to keep your budget out of the grave, then this contest is for you. Get your glue-guns ready and your creativity in gear to enter on October 1st.
