GM Canada September Sales

(Data is not adjusted for the difference in selling days; September 2013 had 23 selling days and September 2012 had 25 selling days)

(firmenpresse) - OSHAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/13 -- Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers delivered 18,270 vehicles in September 2013. Total GM sales were down 2.6 per cent for the month. On a selling-day adjusted basis, total GM sales were up 6 per cent and retail sales were up 8 per cent for the month.

"Retail customers are embracing the completely redesigned 2014 Impala, Chevrolet's iconic flagship sedan," said John Roth, vice president, sales, service and marketing, General Motors of Canada. "Representing the 10th generation of one of the industry's most enduring and popular nameplates, the Oshawa-built Impala has experienced a more than 35 per cent increase in retail sales for the year."

Starting today, General Motors of Canada customers can enjoy the benefits of the new Sign & Drive lease program across the full line up of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac cars and trucks. Eligible lessees who accept delivery of a new 2014 Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or 2013 or 2014 Cadillac vehicle, will receive the benefit of $0 First Month Payment, $0 due at signing and $0 Security Deposit, all of this is accomplished through GM Canada's captive financing company, GM Financial.
