MOTIVIDEO AND RAPID NUTRITION PREPARE FOR SystemLS(TM) LAUNCH
Santa Barbara, California Motivideo Systems Inc. (GXG: MOTV) and Rapid
Nutrition PLC (GXG: RNL) announced today that they are preparing for a
fourth-quarter US launch of their innovative SystemLS(TM) weight-loss
system. Motivideo's marketing advisor and noted direct-marketing expert,
John Pike says, 'this natural system of weight-loss nutraceuticals wedded
with Motivideo's groundbreaking interactive coaching app for mobile devices
may be the most revolutionary weight loss system I've witnessed in my
career'. The SystemLS(TM) product line will be promoted utilizing the
latest online affiliate marketing and advanced social strategies, as well
as traditional radio and television advertising and infomercials.
Rapid Nutrition and Motivideo formed a joint venture for the US launch of
the SystemLS(TM) product line which involves a split of gross revenues
after deduction of direct marketing, fulfillment and product costs. The
joint venture agreement included a 2.4 million USD stock swap. Simon St.
Leger, CEO of Rapid Nutrition of Australia, said today 'The weight loss
consumable business grosses in excess of 60 billion annually in the US -
