Andy Radhakant, Julian Worsley and Neil Fineberg will join the firm's Toronto office and work with clients on their intellectual property and life sciences matters across the country.
Rob Seidel, Q.C., Firm Managing Partner of Davis LLP, said this addition would further enhance Davis LLP's ability to work on major transactions on which the firm is regularly engaged. Andy Radhakant is a lawyer and a registered trade-mark agent. Julian Worsley and Neil Fineberg are lawyers, as well as registered patent and trade-mark agents. Andy, Julian and Neil have extensive experience in patent validity and infringement actions, and applications under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Andy, Julian and Neil provide additional value-added services. All three advise clients on copyright and trade-mark matters and can provide patent and trade-mark clearance opinions. Andy advises clients on matters relating to the Medical Devices Regulations. Julian regularly advises clients on provincial drug formulary issues, compliance matters, advertising, marketing and distribution and other aspects of the pharmaceutical business. Neil advises clients in matters before the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board. These services cover the field in intellectual property and particularly the pharmaceutical sector.
