Berlin, 02.10.2013 - The mobile advertising specialist YOC AG today
announced that founder Dirk Kraus immediately takes over the sole
management of the corporation. The former CEO Dirk Freytag has decided to
resign due to health reasons.
Founder Dirk Kraus has been again in the company since early September. He
founded YOC AG in 2000 and since then has been mainly responsible as CEO
for finance and marketing before he retired last year. From now on Dirk
Kraus takes over all management-related tasks. Dirk Kraus is a senior
expert and helped to transform the mobile advertising environment to what
it is today. 'I sincerely thank Dirk Freytag for his work and I personally
and professionally regret that he is no longer among YOCs team. He has done
a very good job and I wish him all the best for the future' commented Dirk
Kraus, founder of YOC. 'Together with our experienced team and our

Together with his team, Dirk Kraus is working to strengthen YOC's European
