Respected Health Care Leader to Join HealthEast

(firmenpresse) - ST. PAUL, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/13 -- HealthEast Care System announces that Paul Torgerson will be joining the organization in the new role of Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel.

Torgerson is currently a partner in the health care group at Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. His practice has focused on a range of issues related to health care and tax-exempt organizations including the connection of physician-hospital relationships. In addition to more than 28 years with Dorsey, Torgerson's resume includes a previous role of SVP, CAO & GC for Fairview Health Services.

Torgerson will begin his new role at HealthEast at the end of the year.
