Teekay Corporation Declares Dividend
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/04/13 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.31625 per share, payable on October 31, 2013 to all shareholders of record as at October 16, 2013.
