Reference is made to the mandatory offer from Dyer Coriat Holding SL ("DCH") for
all the outstanding shares of Camposol Holding Plc at NOK 25 launched on
September 24(th) 2013.
Guillermo Lohmann, General Counsel of Camposol Holding Plc, accepted on October
4(th)2013, DCH's offer for his own shareholding of 20,628 shares.
Upon completion of the offer, Guillermo Lohmann will no longer hold any shares
of Camposol Holding Plc.
