Prime Office REIT-AG successfully concludes lease in Heilbronn
- Long-term lease for about 2,000 square metres or 14% of the overall
lettable space in the 'Neckarturm' in Heilbronn concluded
- Land Registry as another high credit quality tenant for Prime Office
Munich, 07 October 2013. Prime Office REIT-AG ('Prime Office'), a leading
listed property company with REIT status focused on investments and
management of prime office properties in Germany, concluded a long-term
lease for 2,021 square metres or approximately 14% of the total lettable
space in the office and retail building 'Neckarturm' in Heilbronn.
With the Land Registry of the City of Heilbronn, Prime Office could win
another new and high credit quality tenant for the 'Neckarturm' building
located in the Bahnhofstrasse, Heilbronn. The tenant was particularly
attracted by the central location, the good accessibility and the prestige
of the property. The ten-year lease commences on 1 November 2014.
The high-quality property 'Neckarturm' has 14,750 square metres of lettable
space of which currently 13,482 square metres are let. This corresponds to
an occupancy level of 91.4%. Key tenants in the 'Neckarturm' are the Lidl
Foundation and Accor Hotellerie Deutschland GmbH.
