The board of directors of Tianbao Holdings Ltd is pleased to announce
that's its audited results for the year ending March 31st 2013 show a
profit before tax of USD 11.8m against the previous year's corresponding
number of a loss of USD (742.000)
After tax the company shows a profit in USD of $9.3m against a profit in
2012 of USD $235.000, for the year ending March 31 2013.

Mr Lian CEO remains optimistic as far as further Business development is
concerned and has confirmed that he will publish an update as far as Mar 31
2014 results before the end of the year.
