3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and Mr. George Sharp Agree for Peace
(firmenpresse) - CHEYENNE, WY -- (Marketwired) -- 10/08/13 -- 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. a Wyoming Corporation dba 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTC Pink: TDEY) and George Sharp, a former shareholder, jointly announced today that they have reached an agreement for peace to resolve differences with respect to litigation filed against the company by Mr. Sharp (California Superior Court Case No. 37-2013-00054432-CU-FR-CTL).
3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. President, Clark Ortiz, stated, "Mr. Sharp and I believe that it was mutually beneficial for us to settle this claim for peace so that 3D Entertainment Holdings could move forward with the business at hand. In our discussions, Mr. Sharp and I agreed that companies who participate in pump and dump schemes do not benefit the goals of shareholders or help with the success of the business. I have found Mr. Sharp to be an incredible proponent towards public awareness of unfair business practices and pump and dump schemes. Our communication and discussions allowed us to understand each of our goals and to come to an amicable understanding. 3D Entertainment Holdings commends Mr. Sharp for his tireless work in trying to end schemes which are designed to fleece the public. Both the company, and I personally, wish him much success."
