BioExx Announces Scheduled Delisting From the Toronto Stock Exchange
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/13 -- BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. ("BioExx" or the "Company") (TSX: BXI), announces that the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has informed the Company that effective November 6, 2013 the Company's common shares will be delisted from the TSX for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of the TSX. Trading in the Company's common shares will remain suspended. It is anticipated that the Company's common shares will be duly delisted on November 6, 2013.
