No interference - ecolink M12 connector now also with EMC protection

(PresseBox) - Permanently high EMC protection provided by the further development of the resistant and easy-to-mount connectors of the "ecolink EVC" series from ifm electronic. This technology is of special advantage to all applications with strong interfering fields as well as in factory automation and the machine tool industry.
Secure connections to M12 standard (EN61076)
Very many applications require special solutions; connectors are exposed to harder and harder environmental conditions. Only reliable production processes incl. faultless installation guarantee sustainable, economic success. The integrated mechanical end stop made from FKM, for example, protects against destruction from overtightening of the nut. A torque wrench is not necessary. Mounting and removal are carried out without any tools.
Permanently high interference resistance due to effective screening
The asymmetrically acting saw-tooth contoured vibration protection holds the coupling nut tight in its position. In addition to screening, this ensures a low contact resistance between the nut of the connector and the housing of the connected device. This ensures a permanently high protection against interfering fields.
