CellaVision signs Term Sheet with potential Chinese distribution partner

CellaVision has signed a Term Sheet with Mindray, with the intention to reach
agreement regarding distribution of CellaVisions products, especially in China
and other emerging markets.
"It is part of CellaVision's strategy to expand geographically by working with
strong distribution partners with local knowledge. Collaborating with Mindray
supports our focus on increasing both our market awareness, and penetration of
our products in emerging markets", says Yvonne Martensson, CEO at CellaVision.
As part of the partnership evaluation, Mindray will demonstrate CellaVision's
analyzers at the trade fair CCLab in Wuhan, China on October 11-13.
More information will be provided in connection with the signing of a binding
agreement. The intention is to agree on the terms of a partnership before 2013
year-end.
