Star Uranium Corp. Changes Name to Star Minerals Group Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwired) -- 10/10/13 -- Star Uranium Corp. ("Star" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SUV) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to "Star Minerals Group Ltd." The name change was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on August 27, 2013.
The common shares of Star are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name at market open on October 11, 2013. The trading symbol of "SUV" will remain unchanged.
