30.000 shares on 10.11.2013 at the price of 2.00 EUR per share to his
Executive Board member and colleague, Michael Sauer.
This is to emphasize the previous and current successful progress of Mr.
Sauer's work, and as a token of Mr. Wolf's appreciation, he would like to
involve Mr. Sauer in the future success of the RIB Group.
