(OTCBB: NODB) announces net earnings of $1,610,673 or $0.63 per share for the three months ending September 30, 2013, compared to $1,401,507 or $0.55 per share for the same period in 2012. Year to date net earnings through the nine months ending September 30, 2013 totaled $3,849,995 or $1.50 per share compared to $4,400,336 or $1.71 per share for the same period in 2012.
