As previously announced, the Company has engaged Jefferies LLC as its sole financial advisor as it considers a range of strategic alternatives, potentially including a sale or merger of the Company, joint venture(s), a sale of specific assets, as well as continued execution of the Company's business plan.
In the updated website, the Company has added an "Events Section" which provides dates and locations for industry and shale conferences to which the Company has been invited to present/attend.
