These Marketplaces provide all Americans a chance to compare and purchase health plans. Unfortunately, these Marketplaces were inundated with visitors and were ill-equipped to handle the massive amounts of traffic; almost all users experienced difficulty while trying to shop for plans.

Some of these consumers, who have been seeking affordable health insurance for some time, decided to simply give up; others, it seems, turned to industry leaders in affordable healthcare to learn more about affordable coverage options both on and off health insurance Marketplaces.
