"Company") of the Company's entry into a debt for equity exchange agreement
October 11, 2013.
Frontline has on October 15, 2013 issued 5,809,129 new ordinary shares.
Following such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of USD
84,652,715 divided into 84,652,715 ordinary shares.
