M. David Sayid is the managing partner of Sayid and Associates, LLP, engaged in the practice of law in the State of New York. Mr. Sayid holds a Bachelors of Arts in History and Economics, which he earned at , NY and a Juris Doctorem from , Newton Centre, MA, where he graduated in 1983. He holds licenses to practice law in NY, MA and PA. At the Sayid Law Firm, he manages and specializes in corporate and securities law, including, but not limited to, matters such as private placements, initial public offerings, secondary financings, arbitrations, AAA arbitrations, compliance with the Securities and Exchange Acts of 1933 and 1934, FINRA rules and regulations, and other matters subject to the rules and regulations of the of the the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange.
