Dundee REIT October 2013 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/17/13 -- DUNDEE REIT (TSX: D.UN) today announced its October 2013 monthly distribution of 18.666 cents per REIT Unit, Series A ($2.24 annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2013.

Dundee REIT is focused on owning, acquiring, leasing and managing well-located, high-quality central business district and suburban office properties.
