Hamilton, Bermuda - October 18, 2013 - Hyper Secure, Ltd, a public company

HYPR:BH, today announced that the company is continuing to have high level
discussions with two major banking institutions regarding the use of Hyper
Secure's enterprise software and connection products for increasing the
security of online banking transactions. According to a recent worldwide
survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers UK (PwC UK), Cyber crime ranked as one of
the top four economic crimes and accounted for 44% - or nearly half - of
all reported instances of fraud in the financial services sector alone. It
is reported that in 2011 cyberfraud losses in the financial services sector
came to $388 billion.
'Our tailorable enterprise software, coupled with the HyperComm(TM)
BioSec(TM) and HyperGmobile(TM) products are especially well suited for the
banking industry' said Jack Musetti, CEO of Hyper Secure. 'Incorporating
our products into their current IT systems will allow banks to provide

information transmitted over the public internet during online banking -
regardless of where the customer initiates the transaction from. This will
be a significant improvement over the current online security features in

security of online banking', he added.
