challenges and changes in the resort and vacation industries.
In addition to having a coveted space in the exhibit hall at Amdetur in Mexico
City, Mr. Rodgers of TrackResults was allotted a very rare speaking segment at
the conference. During the segment, Mr. Rodgers was able to successfully
demonstrate how resort developers can determine their most profitable customers,
where these customers come from including information as detailed as providing
the state and city that these consumers live in. Developers and managers in all
departments can greatly benefit from this data, as it assists them in
determining where to direct marketing dollars. For developers with resorts in
different locations, this data is vital, because each location has data that can
