Camposol Holding Plc.: ACCEPTANCES RECEIVED IN MANDATORY OFFER

21 October 2013 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements of 24
September 2013 regarding the mandatory offer (the "Offer") from Dyer Coriat
Holding S.L. ("DCH" or "Offeror") to purchase all the outstanding shares in
Camposol Holding Plc ("Camposol" or the "Company") that are not already owned by
the DCH, at an offer price of NOK 25 per share (the "Offer").
On 21 October 2013, DCH received acceptances for 2,994,002 shares. This brings
the accumulated total of received acceptances since the commencement of the
offer period to 3,861,697 shares. Together with the 22,006,497 shares already
held by the Offeror in the Company, the Offeror will, at completion of the
Offer, hold 25,868,194 shares in the Company, representing 86.71% of all the
issued shares of the Company.
The acceptance period of the Offer expires 23 October 2013, at 16:30 CET.
