CNSX: 2013-1009-Name Change and Consolidation-EasyMed Services Inc. (EZM)

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/21/13 -- EasyMed Services Inc. has announced a name change to EasyMed Technologies Inc., and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current shares for one (1) new share. No fractional shares will be issued.

Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on October 21, 2013.
