Frankfurt, June 27, 2011 – Devonhill Technology Partners plc, a technology investment and telecommunications company, is pleased to announce that the company is planning to file a prospectus by the end of September.
Devonhill is currently completing its audits and plans to file a full prospectus before the end of September 2011.
Devonhill Managing Director, Richard Iamunno states" With the filing of a prospectus the company will begin on the next phase of its growth. We feel that the opportunities that currently exist for both our technologies and wireless divisions merit the undertakings of preparing and filing a prospectus. The prospectus will increased disclosure to our current and potential investors in addition to enhancing new fund raising possibilities to grow the company"
