Andreas Wilhelm Kraut takes on the chairmanship of the management of Bizerba
(firmenpresse) - Balingen, June 30th 2011 – It is a step with historical importance for Bizerba: With effect
from 1 July 2011 Andreas Wilhelm Kraut will take on the chairmanship of the
management. That is the result of the meeting of the supervisory board on 15 April 2011.
Therefore for the first time in 15 years, a shareholder and member of the founding family
in the fifth generation will once again be at the peak of the company.
"I am looking forward to this step and assure you that I will continue the successful
tradition of our founder family in the best sense of my father, Günter Kraut. At this point I
would particularly like to point out my deep connection with all employees, who prove
themselves responsibly every day in the Bizerba group of companies“, says the 37 year
old qualified business man Andreas Wilhelm Kraut.
Tradition is also committed to innovation, continues Kraut: "Bizerba will consistently
continue on their path as a solution provider with a unique complete range: with a wide
portfolio of hard- and software, consumables manufactured in-house, supplemented by
services, financial services, consulting and sector specific application knowledge“. This
