Gemini Corporation Appoints Two New Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/24/13 -- Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE: GKX) is pleased to announce that Ms. Susannah Pierce and Mr. Peter Sametz, P.Eng., ICD.D have been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Pierce is an energy industry executive with experience in large international organizations engaged in the production and distribution of heavy oil, unconventional oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and chemical products. Her background in corporate governance and risk management positions her well to assume the role of Chair of Gemini's HR/Governance Committee.
Mr. Sametz is an energy industry executive with diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. He is a practical industry expert in the exploitation, production and marketing of bitumen, light oil, and natural gas. His entrepreneurial and innovative approach to business will benefit the organization as it continues to grow and mature.
