Creathor Venture sold its stake in Jaron GmbH to EQT funded digital media group UDG
(PresseBox) - The international venture capital company Creathor Venture has successfully sold its shares in online marketing company Jaron GmbH. The digital media group UDG is an agency network for digital communication in Germany. The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the transaction.
With Creathor Venture as main investor, Jaron GmbH has become one of the leading, independent online marketing agencies in Germany. Jaron offers a service range particular in the areas of performance marketing and social media, As an innovative and technology- oriented company Jaron perceived the major trends in the online marketing industry very early. "The continuous growth of Jaron always pleased us", says Ingo Franz of Creathor Venture. "We are happy, that Jaron by joining the media group UDG, gets an enhanced market access with attractive cooperation partners." Funded by EQT, UDG now forms the leading, independent agency network in Germany, in which a total of nine agencies join together with a comprehensive digital offering.
For Creathor Venture as the lead investor, this is the second successful exit in the last 3 months after the sale of Doodle AG.
