Northcore's Not Proceeding With Solomon's Pillars Project

(TSX VENTURE: NCR) ("Northcore" or the "Corporation") wishes to announce that, under the terms of the Agreement, SAGE Gold Inc. has decided to terminate the Letter of Intent between the Companies regarding the Option to acquire 80% of the Solomon's Pillars project.

The Corporation and its management are very busy negotiating the signature of Option agreements on other interesting projects.
