Avanti Announces Resignation of Michael Winship as Director

("Avanti" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AVT)(PINKSHEETS: AVNMF) has received and accepted the resignation of Michael D. Winship as a Director of the Company, a role he has held since November 2012, in order to devote more time to his current business activities.
